What counts as a page?
On our website (the website you are on now), see on the menu on the left with Active Business, Features & Tour, Templates etc. Each of these are a page. You can make each page as long as you like down the page (vertical scrolling will just continue down the page).

What counts as a product?
A product is an item you are selling - each different item is counted as a seperate product eg. hat, book, DVD etc. You can sell different sizes, colors and other variations of each product (even if they have different pricing) and these can count as a single product (depending how you want to setup your website).

What do I need to run Active Business?
Active Business works on PC or Mac (with an internet connection) running Internet Explorer 7 or Firefox 2. Your Published or live website works on all major web browsers (IE 5.5, 6, 7, FF 2, Safari, Opera).

How do I pay?  Can I be invoiced?
If you want to pay monthly (month by month), then we only accept this automatically via credit card. We can invoice you (Australian businesses only), however, you will be invoiced quarterly (4 times per year) in advance. Please note: plan "Web 1" is 12 months in advance.

I already have a web host. Can I still use Active Business?
You do not need a separate web host to use Active Business. The monthly fee includes website hosting.
