Webation will provide your school with free on-site training in using Active School. Active School allows you to manage your own school website and bulk email out your school newsletter.

Who can benefit from the free training?
The free training offer is available under the following terms:

• you must be a school client already using Active School
• you must be located in between the Illawarra and Shire regions (NSW, Australia)
  ie. south of the Taren Point Road bridge and north of Kiama
  
• your school must invite a minimum of two teachers from two different schools (who are NOT school clients using Active School) to also participate in the training

My school is outside of the free training area - can I still benefit?
Yes! You only have to pay for our additional traveling time OR invite a minimum of three teachers from three other different schools - the choice is yours. Contact us for more information.

What does my school need to provide?

• a room to hold the training - the room should be quiet and have minimal interruptions
• a computer with an internet connection (with Internet Explorer version 7 or Firefox version 2 installed)
• a LCD projector to display the computer screen

  A: Every Friday during school terms
• Q: How long does training take?
  A: Training takes a maximum of 1.5 hours
• Q: What does the training cover?
  A: Training covers all the basics of Active School ie. updating your website, bulk emailing etc. Please note: It does not include advanced training outside the scope of the Active School product.
• Q: How many times can my school benefit from the free training?
  A: As many times as you like. However, the teachers that you invite from other schools have to be from different schools each time.

Please note: You must book a minimum of 1 week in advance. We will do our best to fit in your training on your requested day, however, we may not always be able to offer the training on the day you want. In this is the case, we will offer you another Friday to choose from.
