We have created a system called Active School which is simple to use and allows you to have a website that is 100% updateable.
We will create your website design for you initially, in your school colours with a professional structure design, and then we will show you how to use Active School. In less than an hour, you will be in control of your website.
Our system (called Active School) allows you to update your website with a "click of a button". If you have used Microsoft Word, then you will have no trouble in using Active School. Just type in your information (or cut and paste it from another file) and insert images by simply selecting them from your computer.

Benefits of Active School
You can add in new pages or "menu headings" on your website and drag-and-drop in tables and content (text, images etc) and place them exactly where you want them on the page.
Any person with basic computer skills can use Active School. Active School even automatically re-sizes and optimizes any images that you put on your website so you don't have to know how to resize images!
"Rome wasn't built in a day" - The great thing about Active School is that the website can grow over time. You can start off with a few pages and when you have time, you can add in additional ones.

Design Options
You can select from 12 different types of layouts (or if you want, you can have a totally custom design). Usually the menu is either down the left or across the top. We will change the images, school crest and colours to match your school.

How It Works
All you need to do is call us to discuss your website and then follow our 3 easy steps.
We setup and design your website based on the information that you provide us. Once the design is approved, we create your website and setup your Active School account.
When users type in your domain, which is usually something like www.yourschool-p.schools.state.edu.au, they will be instantly redirected to your website.
IMPORTANT: All your website pages will be at: www.yourschool.state.edu.au/page. Some cheap and inferior products don't offer this which is very bad for search engines and bookmarks.

The Cost
The best part is the cost - similar business-focused solutions sell for $3000.
The initial website cost varies from $400 to $1000 + GST and then only $0 to $600 per year for hosting, free software updates and the use of Active School. The yearly fee also includes online support. Please contact us for more details and we will send you our "School Information Pack and Order Form" where you can decide on the final price.
We also offer a partnership opportunity where the ongoing yearly fee is free ($0 per year). We are the only company Australia-wide to offer such a great offer!
Active School also allows you to bulk email home your school newsletter to parents. This saves a P3 size school over $1000 per year in printing and staff time costs. This effectively pays for the cost of the website.
