The term "Site Builder" refers to software that is designed to allow a non technical user the ability to create (from scratch) and manage their own website.
Site Builders often allow you to select from pre-made template designs for your website and then create pages and insert your content (text, images etc) on each of your pages.
Active Business and Active School can both be classed as Site Builders because they both allow you to sign up on our website for an account and then build your own website from scratch without having to hire a web designers or developer.
