If you have a slow internet connection, then Webation Active will operate slowly. Alternatively, if you have a fast internet connection, then Webation Active will be faster to use.
Webation Active will work well if your download is at least 1000kbps and upload at least 128kbps.
If you receive an error message, then there is an issue with your internet connection. Some corporate networks block or filter traffic which can cause issues. Try the Speed Test with another internet connection or complain to your department / network administrator about the issue.
If you receive a good speed rating and Webation Active (Business or School) is not performing to your satisfaction, please let us know.
